The Party Statistics report was created to provide an overview of the sales and guest count information related to each of your facility's parties. The goal of this report is to provide you with an idea of the popularity and profitability of a party.
You are able to define the search criteria before running the report. This allows you to narrow down the results of your search.
Set how far back you would like the report to search. Please note that it may take longer to complete a search for a large date range.
Set the end of the date range for this report's search.
Choose whether you would like this report to search by order date or by party date.
- Order Date: Search by the date that a party order was created.
- Party Date: Search by the date that a party took place, or will take place in the future.
You can choose to only search for orders in a specific status. It is possible to select and search for multiple status options at once.
- Open: Include open orders in this search.
- Cancelled: Include cancelled orders in this search. This does not include online orders that were abandoned.
- Closed: Include closed orders in this search.
- Quotes: Include orders that have been marked as quotes.
- Pending Review: Include orders that are still in pending review. This only applies to orders placed online, as this status is not used for orders booked in house.
After you run the report, you will be given results similar to these:
The data in these columns is meant to give you an overview of how your Parties are performing, as well as where they are being booked (in house vs. online).
This column will populate with the names of your parties. All information to the right of a party's name will correspond to that particular party:
The current status of each order:
Sale Average and Sale Total
The Sale Average is the average revenue generated by this party in the selected date range. The Sale total is the total revenue generated by this party in the selected date range:
In House Party and Online Party
The number of times a party has been booked in house and online. In House Party displays the total booked by PCS users through the schedule page. Online Party displays the total number booked by guests themselves through the online booking page.
This information can be used to gauge where each party performs best:
The percentage this party makes up of your total parties booked. This information can be used to gauge the popularity of each party:
Adult Total and Child Total
If your party utilizes two guest counts, these columns will contain the total number of guests for guest count one under Child Total, and the total number for guest count two under Adult Total. These columns will contain 0 for parties that only utilize one guest count:
If your party utilizes one guest count, this column will contain the total number of guests that have attended that party. This column will contain 0 for Parties that utilize two guest counts:
Adult Average and Child Average
If your party utilizes two guest counts, Child Total will contain the average number of guests that fall under guest count one, and Adult Total will contain the average number of guests that fall under guest count two. These columns will contain 0 for parties that only utilize one guest count.
If your party utilizes one guest count, this column will contain the average number of guests that have attended this party each time it is booked:

Filtering Your and Sorting Your Report Results
After you have run the report, you are given several ways to further refine your search results. These options are located in the menu on the left-hand side of your report results. Click on the four dots to expand this menu and utilize these options.
Click on the plus sign icon to add one, or several filters:
Click on a Filter to add it to your report results:
Once a filter has been added, you can adjust each slider to further narrow down the range of information that you would like to see:
You can choose to sort the information in your report results directly in Party Center Software by the Sale Total column:
Hiding and Displaying Columns
Under the Columns section, you will see a checkbox for each column in your report results. Unchecked columns will be hidden, and checked columns with display:
Exporting Report Results
Each report can be exported to several different file types. Click on the export drop down to select a file type:
Click on the file type to which you wish to export to download your report results in that format.
Please be aware that reports containing large amounts of data can take longer to export.
