Customizing Your Party Center Software Online Booking Theme

Overview

This article will serve as a reference for all of the common changes that can be made to the theme of the Party Center Software Online Booking pages. Because the customization needs can vary by customer, we may be able to make additional changes based on your specific needs. In general, we recommend changing the logo, background, and colors of the theme so that we can make the transition from your website as seamless as possible. 

Logo

The most important part of customizing your online booking theme is uploading a logo so that the online booking pages are easily identified as your facility. The logo image can be copied directly from an image that is currently on your website, or you can supply us with a PNG file containing your logo. To make sure the image looks great, here are some guidelines for logo images:

• PNG files are preferred
• Resolution has a maximum height of 200px
• Logos with a transparent background look best against a variety of backgrounds

Background Image

When thinking of which background image to choose, it's important to remember that this image will be displayed throughout the online booking process. Here are some guidelines to consider when choosing a background image:

• PNG files are preferred
• We recommend a minimum resolution of 1920x1080
• Matching your background image with your website will ensure a seamless transition

Colors

Party Center Software themes can also customize many of the colors on your online booking pages to best match the color scheme of your website or branding. The color changes can include the buttons, date/time selector, and top bar. We commonly receive hex color codes but we can also match colors directly from your website if needed.
