The administration page is the hub for most management interfaces of the PCS Portal. Below are brief descriptions of each button and a link to their individual articles

Facility
- Facility Info: Contains basic information about your facility, including contact and tax information
- Facility Text And Labels: Allows you to change some of the verbiage that appears in your system
- Login Display Text: Controls the text that appears in the internal login page for PCS
- Account Text Sets: This menu allows you to edit and add text sets that the customer sees when creating an account on the Online Booking Module
- User Groups: Allows you to configure for permissions for different users, and assign those permissions
- Users: This is where you can manage users and assign them to user groups
- Edit Time Cards: This option allows you to edit your employees time cards
- Hardware Settings: Contains settings for the hardware link and register profiles
Account Settings
- Payment Acceptance: Settings for the payment acceptance modules within your site. Users are able to manage the record only payment and gift card profiles, but must contact PCS Support for assistance with credit card profiles.
- Required Customer Fields: From here, you can adjust what information is required when filling out customer information and what information is optional
- Referral Sources: From this menu, you can add new referral types and edit existing ones
- Contact Log Options: Allows you to configure the different statuses that can be used in the contact log
- Activity Log: Logs user actions within PCS; you can view user logins, order changes, customer changes, and more
Product Management
- Products: Controls the products you can sell through the software
- Checklist Items: Manage tasks to be assigned to party orders
- Vendors: Create and edit vendors to be assigned to items for additional reporting
- Discounts: Allows you to manage discounts to be used with your products
Event Slot Schedule
- Add Schedule Dates: From here, you can create new schedule blocks
- Delete Individual Dates: Allows you to delete individual schedule slots without deleting the whole block
- Schedule Blocks: Contains all of your schedule blocks in the system
Online Booking
- Online Booking Settings: From here, you can view your online booking site link and customize various settings related to the site
- Online Booking Text Sets: Lets you add text to certain parts of your online booking site
- Image Resources: From here, you can upload images that can be inserted to some text fields in the website
- Policies: Allows you to create and customize policies for individual parties that customers will see when booking online
Online Store
- Online Store Settings: From here, you can see the link to your online store and manage certain text for store invoices
- Online Store Text Sets: Allows you to add text to certain parts of the online store
- Online Store Products: From here, you can add, remove, and edit the products that are offered in your Online Store
Waivers
- Waiver Settings: Allows you to see the link to your waivers site and adjust the minimum age for waivers
- Question Sets: From here, you can create and edit question sets for your waivers
- Waivers: This is where you can create and manage your waivers
- Recently Signed: From here, you can view the most recently signed waivers and their customers.
Memberships
- Membership Plans: This is where you can manage your membership plans and the email receipts used with them
