If you have already set up your Embed account and created an Embed product in Party Center Software, then you are ready to start issuing, reloading, charging, and checking the balance of Embed cards in Party Center Software.

Checking the Balance of an Embed Card
There are several avenues you may take to check the balance of an Embed card.
- You can check the balance by going to Admin > Payment Acceptance and clicking the Manage link:
- You can check the balance through the Point of Sale by using the Lookup Pre-Paid button located at the top right of the screen:
- You can check the balance though the Payments tab of an order by using the Lookup Pre-Paid button:
Any one of these routes will take you to a page asking for a card number.
If you have multiple prepaid accounts, you may see tabs. Make sure Embed is selected.
You may swipe an Embed card if you have a compatible card reader. You may also enter the Embed card number manually.
Clicking Submit will display the Play Value, Play Bonus, and eTicket amount loaded onto the Embed card.
As mentioned in the previous article, Party Center Software has the ability to load Value and Bonus on to an Embed Card. The eTicket number must be managed through Embed.
Issuing or Reloading an Embed Card in Party Center Software through the Point of Sale
To issue or reload an Embed card though the Point of Sale, you must first create a Point of Sale button for your Embed Product.
Please read this article if you are unsure of how to add POS buttons.
To begin, add the Embed product to your POS order.
Click the Pay button and pay for the Embed product. The payment method you use here does not matter, as long as the balance is cleared.
Once the balance is cleared, click Load Now.
If you are Issuing a new Embed card, use Issue Account.
If you are reloading an existing card, use Reload Account.
At this point, you may swipe an Embed card if you have a compatible card reader. You may also manually enter the card number.
When you click Submit, the order will close and you will receive a message stated the you have successfully issued or reloaded the card.
