Specific date and time links allow you to create web URLs that direct your customers to designated parties on certain days. You can create and manage these links from the 'Specific Links' section in the online booking settings.
Specific Party Links
When a customer clicks on a specific party link, they will arrive on your online booking site with this party preselected, and will see times available for this party. This is generally used in specific advertisements, or embedded in buttons to reserve a certain type of party. You can assign multiple parties to this link as well, so multiple parties can be filtered for at once. Start by clicking 'Create Link'.
Simply give your link a name, and select which parties are included in it. Once you're finished, click 'Create Link'. You can click the three dots to copy the link and paste it into your main site. If you want to change the parties filtered for through that link later, you can edit it as well.
Specific Date Links
When a customer clicks a specific date link, they'll be directed to your online booking site with a party preselected for a designated time. You can use this feature to direct customers towards specific annual or holiday events. To get started, click 'Build Link'.
NOTE: A party must be part of an existing schedule block to have a date link created for it. If the party is not part of a schedule block, no times will appear as available.
Select the party you wish to build the date link for.
Then, you'll need to select the date for the event. Choose from the calendar menu, and then select from the available start times. If no times are available for the selected day, you'll want to make sure a schedule exists for the selected party during those times.
After the specific date's time has passed, the link will be marked as expired, and customers will be redirected to your general online booking site if they click on it.
