The 2.0 Online Booking Site supports custom theming options. It's simple to set up and allows you to customize the look of your online booking site to closely match your company's branding. You can get started by ensuring that the 2.0 Online Booking Site is enabled, and then accessing the theme section from the admin page. Click "Create Theme" to get started.
Note: Custom themes can only be applied to the 2.0 Online Booking site. For assistance in creating themes for the Online Booking Classic, Online Store, or Waivers pages, please contact our support team at 916-226-4062 or by email at support@partycentersoftware.com.
Create a Theme Page
As you edit your theme, you'll be able to preview how it will appear online. You can swap between a desktop and mobile view to see how the theme will appear on different browsers.
The Theme Title is an internal name for your theme; your customers will not see it on their end.
The Banner Image is the background image that will appear on every step of the online booking process. In the example image here, it is the gray background.
Most of the online booking pages have a white background, where the booking options reside, so you'll want to select an image that looks good on top of that background. We recommend a simple design, color, or photograph of your facility to decorate the page. Remember that the banner is just a slice of the page, and full resolution photographs will not display in full; those work better as images for your parties.
Note: The banner image will resize automatically to fit the web component. You'll be able to adjust the part of the image that will be displayed.
The Logo Image should be your company logo. You'll be able to adjust and crop the image as you upload it. Generally, a 1:1 aspect ration works best.
The Theme Color lets you set the colors of the buttons and text throughout the booking pages. You usually want to match this color to your brand colors.
Once you're finished with your design, make sure to click 'Save' at the top right of the page. You'll be able to apply and mange your active themes from the menu page.
