If you want to view events or parties in a personal calendar, you can subscribe using the calendar URL feature. Once properly subscribed, past events and upcoming events will populate to the calendar feed automatically.
NOTE: That some calendars may take several hours to show new events after they are booked. For example, Google Calendar may take up to 8 hours to populate new events. Each calendar app has a background task that updates events which Party Center Software can not alter. Also, the information displayed in the calendar does not influence data in Party Center Software. If you want to make changes to an event or party, you must do so directly in Party Center Software.
To get started, navigate to the Schedule page, then click the Calendar URL link at the top of the page.
A new window will open that contains a button called Generate calendar URL link. Click the button and wait until the URL is displayed.
Next, click the icon to copy the unique URL. Then simply open your favorite calendar app and subscribe to the calendar feed. Typically, this feature in common calendar apps is called "add calendar with a URL," or "subscribe from the web." We've included instructions below for both Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Please be aware that you may need to open the web browser version of the application to add the URL subscription, but once subscribed, the events will populate to calendars on mobile and browser versions.
