Email templates are used to communicate membership plan and subscription information to customers. They may be customized for each membership plan, or the same template may be used for multiple plans in the same facility. There are two kinds of membership email templates, Welcome Email Templates and Receipt Email Templates.
Welcome emails are sent to customers upon activating a plan subscription and receipt emails are sent to customers when the initial payment or a recurring payment is made.
Welcome Email Templates
Welcome Email Templates may be created by navigating to Admin > Memberships Plans, selecting or creating a plan, scrolling down to Email section, and choosing Create New Template in the Welcome Email Template section:
You may click the Preview button at any point during template creation to preview how your welcome emails will display in a customer's inbox:
The template is comprised of several sections which you may choose to utilize or not. It is flexible and highly customizable.
Template Name
This is the internal name you may assign to this email template. It is not customer-facing:
Email Subject
This will be the subject of the email that is sent to your customers when they activate a subscription for a plan that uses this email template:
Background Color
You may enter a hexadecimal color value for the background of your welcome emails. The default is #CCCCCC:
You may click on the color square to select a color:
Header
Check Show Logo to display your facility's logo at the top of your welcome emails. This will display the logo that you have uploaded to Admin > Facility Info:

Check Show Header Text and enter text in the Header Text field to add text to the email header:

Check Show Welcome Section and add text to the Welcome Text field to display this section in your emails:

Check Show Plan Description and enter text in the Plan Description field to display this section in your emails:

Footer
Checking Show Logo, Show Address, or Show Phone will add your facility's logo, address, and/or phone number to the welcome email footer:

This information is pulled from Admin > Facility Info and may be changed from there.
The footer may also display a link to your facility's Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter page.
Simply enter a link address into the Facebook URL, Instagram URL, and/or Twitter URL fields and check the Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter checkboxes:

One you have finished, click the Create Template button:
Your new email template will be added to the Welcome Email Template dropdown and automatically selected for the plan that you are currently editing or creating:
This template may also be selected and used for any other membership plan in your facility.
