If your facility has signed up for Party Center Pay and has it enabled, you should be able to see a menu option on our main navigation bar labeled "PCPay MerchantTrack". This will redirect you to your Party Center Pay merchant portal, where you can see all transactions flowing through the account and get reports on your Party Center Pay account. When you use the feature, you will be logged in as a temporary user labeled the same as your Party Center Software user.
Note: For permissions relating to MerchantTrack, the only permission possible in Party Center Software is whether the PCPay MerchantTrack button shows for the user or not. To give users specific permissions, they must have a separate user in MerchantTrack and log in manually.
