Step 3 Questions

Overview

"Step 3" questions can be used to ask for discount codes and to ask customers questions for specific information that you would like to appear on their orders. This is typically used to further specify what customers want in their orders without having to make many similar products.

Note: The questions that are answered in this step do not affect the order beyond adding to the notes section

 

The "Step 3" questions will appear for every order during online booking and will show on "Step 3" of the online booking process. We can format the questions as either a drop-down list where you can select from a set of options, or a text box where you can fill in whatever text you would like. Here is a screenshot of some sample questions:

These questions can only be configured by PCS support staff and the answers will appear in the notes field of every order that is placed online. If you would like to add "Step 3" questions, please email us at support@partycentersoftware with:

-"Bold text question"

-"Question or description text"

-"Dropdown (with options) or text box"

 

Note: The questions that are answered in this step do not affect the order beyond adding to the notes section

 As a reminder, these questions cannot be used to automatically calculate a new price after the code has been entered, so you'll need to add in the discount after the order has been processed. We would recommend including wording to make sure that your customer's are aware of this situation during online booking.
